These Tea houses are becoming very popular and I can’t wait for one to come to my home town.
They are popping all over Japan…around 90 of them to be exact. You think they know something we don’t?
It does take care of the cat population, plus many of the apartment for rent in Japan don’t allow pets. It is interesting as some of the people who visited these tea houses in Japan have never touched a cat before. Can you imagine?
These tea houses have separate rooms for cats, strict guidelines over the care and screening cat process plus our kitty friends get loads of human time, and vice-versa. What could be be better?
The newest one is opening in San Francisco called KitTea.

If I had a REAL KT Cat Paws Tea House, we would have a cool sign..
What else would we put in it? Besides cats and coffee/tea.
Perhaps some reflective quotes on the walls!

Truthfully, I would probably not own a tea house as it is a lot of work and dedication. However, I wouldn’t mind writing the cat quotes that go on the wall. hint…hint.
I will also support any tea/coffee cat house that comes to RI.
