I should be number 1, not number 11
Black Cat Countdown- Day 11
They say that numbers connect us to the world we live in.
We can’t live with them an we get frustrated when we don’t understand them. I know, I am not a ‘math’ person and I find myself amazed by those who are.
I wanted to share this interesting facts about numbers today because all numbers have significance, but number 11 is considered an important spiritual number.
Is is the number of the universe and it is suppose to guide you toward your destiny and toward your purpose. It’s the number of synchronicity and of increased awareness to what is around you.
When we learn to look to the recurring themes in our lives we start to see patterns. These patterns lean us toward increased connection to the world. They take us out of our head and put us in the present moment.
This week we are focusing on black cats.
As we see all the black cat photos and thoughts on black cats, it naturally permeates our mind and thoughts. Not a bad thought to have, right.
As we look toward the black cat we also see beyond that the people who love them, the people who admire them and those who see beyond the color and just a loving cat. As we focus on the “cat” we also find what the cat can bring to us.
Cats bring the essence of mindfulness, zen and the ability to heal us through purrs, a soft touch and a warm heart.
I sit on a lotus. I know where they hide the zen.
We can’t deny their compelling mysterious ways and we probably won’t figure out what it is, but we can quiet our mind and let the universe and the cat be a guide.
Even if you don’t believe in synchronicity you can’t deny the power that cats hold over our hearts. That in it’s self is magical.

Regardless of if you see a black cat, number 11, or images in clouds, I would say to never consider any spiritual experience as invalid.
Today is a good day to focus on what ‘themes’ pop in and out of your life. Do you see a pattern? If so, maybe you should have some fun connecting to it and see where it leads.
You never know where truth or insight can come from.
