Release your thoughts Visualization

I want you to picture in front of you a beautiful Garden. Flowers blooming, cat walking about, favorite statues are positioned under the flowers to give a cozy welcoming feeling. There is even a bird bath with your favorite bird flapping its wings. I want you to feel the presence of this garden, the gentle breeze moving through your hair, the soft sunlight on your face and the gentle essence of flower aroma touching your nose and awakening your senses. Feel the energy this beautiful garden creates.

I want you to take a thought you have been holding on to that you wish to release. Find a spot in the garden and bury it. See the word dissolve into the soil. On top of the thought, visualize planting your favorite flower.  See the bulb squish it down, or the roots wrap around it. Cover it with soil, add some water and sprinkle it with love and happiness. Visualize that flower blooming bright and healthy as it takes the nutrients from your recycled thought, transforms it into compost. From now on, don’t focus on the thought, just focus on the essence of the flower. 

Know there is beauty in letting go to make room for what you love.
