ALL beliefs regardless of how small should be questioned, for without the answer, the reason behind the belief will never be found.

A Post by Mr. Bailey, the Zen Cat
As I sit here on my cushion of contentment, I am thinking about a quote I remember.
“I think, therefore I am.”
The problem is is this is untrue.
We are beyond the thinking mind.
Most don’t believe this because we can’t function without the mind. We love our thoughts! They say “we are what we eat.”
Well, we have become more of what we think because we refuse to let go of our thoughts. It is easier to change the diet then it is to change the mind. (Except when it comes to tuna, I know)
Your mind is YOU in this reality…
- Are you denying your reality with your false beliefs.
- Is what you know to be really true, without question?
- Do you even like your beliefs or do you keep them because of pride, stubbornness or selfish behavior.
Are you putting things in your reality that shouldn’t even be in the mind?
Can you answer that truthfully with questioning your beliefs? Got your cat tongue ey?
It’s OK, I will wait.
Things to think about as you sit upon the windowsill looking at the reflection of your beliefs..
- Our mind projects our beliefs into our present moment which then creates our reality. To change our beliefs we need to slow down, question what we are thinking, feeling and seeing.
- We need to be a brave cat and dare to ‘think’ differently. This is the time to get out of the cat box!
- Beliefs are just embedded thoughts that you refuse to let go. You have put them in your mind, you can take them out.
- Beliefs need to be judged in a gentle caring way. They can only hurt and harm if you let them.
- Lastly, keep beliefs that are in alignment with your heart…….
Remember to always listen to the heartbeat of truth.
It never gives a false beat.
